This Mod Makes Deus Ex Look More Like Deus Ex: Human Revolution

Though J.C. Denton claims early in Deus Ex that “My vision is augmented,” it’s not nearly as augmented as Adam Jensen’s in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. One modder fixed that, however, and made a spiffy and kind of hilarious video about it called “Deus Ex: Unreal Revolution.”
Now the Deus Ex: Human Revolution parody mod is widely available for everyone, offering, as Mod.db user ceski puts it, “Iron Sights, Waypoints, Outlines and Metaphors.” It also adds a black-and-gold color scheme to everything, plus regenerating health and melee takedowns
You can download it right here, but note that you’ll also need to install a custom renderer: either Kentie’s Direct3D 10 renderer or Chris Dohnal’s OpenGL renderer. Check the readme file that comes with the mod for more details.
